Our mission is sedate yet ever appealing: to consolidate and elevate the engineering community under the umbrella of the Government of West Bengal, fortifying their ligitimate rights, nurturing their competencies, and embedding their service in the utmost realm of integrity. Our vision is panoramic: to engender a corps of engineers whose tradition is matched by ethical primes, who design not merely edifices of stone and steel but also the aroma of equity, rectitude, and steady progress.
Innovation is the heartbeat of engineering. At PUEA, we encourage every engineer to culminate with bold ideas of adventure to harness technology, and drive transformative solutions for society that will endeavour the troika of patronage.
We are an association consecrated to oneness of purpose. Shoulder to shoulder, voice with voice, we stand resolute — defenders of rights, custodians of dignity, and harbingers of progress.
Community is our moral compass. PUEA is a convivium of mentorship and solidarity, a sanctuary where the novice finds guidance, the seasoned finds respect, and all are bound in an unbreakable fraternity of service and purpose.
On 30th August 2015, A vision germinated from the seed of comtemporary humiliation: to unite engineers beneath a progressive standard for protecting their rights.
Grassroots organisation took root; voices coalesced, district by district.
"From discussions to decisions — we earned our seat at the table." We transited from interlocutors to interlocutants — legitimate stakeholders in policy.
Our membership burgeoned, our presence became omnipresent, our voice irreplaceable .
We enunciated with clarity the imperatives of clarity, omnipotence, and professional dignity.
Amidst pandemic cataclysm, our digital gristle kept the fraternity intact and ever moving.
Our visage engulfed the negative aura of realtime peers; cyberspace became our new enzyme of new age plethora viz.-website, social platforms, and e-notices.
Our counsel was recognised; policy corridors echoed our perspectives.
District by district, unity ossified into an unassailable statewide tracery
With events, drives, and confab , we reverberate our momentum.
Ten years of glorifying tenacity, the future beckons: to become by 2030 a national paradigm of engineer-led paradox of excellence.
